Regarding difference of view or negative view of criticizing people about validity or invalidity of debate, this paper has viewed         moral-based debate as the most useful one to the two parties. As is inferred from Rzavi`s debates eight norms may be used for a debate to be useful for the two parties including right-seeking, justice, respect, tolerance, trustworthiness, rightfulness, impartiality and good intention.
