Such being the case, the users as morally functioning agents meet limitations in performing their duties. This study, regarding notability of th subject, lack of sources in the ground and analyzing the process of filtering with regard to morality, has surveyed the ways in which the limitations happen and, referring to some cases of limitations, give solutions for the problem. Such dual cases as truthfulness/avoiding sin currency, guarding private secrets/benevolence to others, punishing those of misdeed/not punishing the sinless, giving service to people/not presenting a bad picture of religion, supporting citizens`s rights/keeping national wealth are among the limitations studied in the paper. Moreover, the what of ethical limitation, its impact on moralizing syberspace and the origin of ethical obligation have been studied.
