Studying the category of man-smuggling on the basis of moral roules, one may understand its depth and complicated nature. Such subject as man-smuggling is a special and destructive case in global trade. Incorrect perception of the relation of trade to ethics and ethical principles may be known as such an important and wide disorder that clearly oppose human values and dignity. Evidently any solution for opposing and controlling the fatal problem of man-smuggling in global trade would need an ethical analysis of such transactions.
