Though the teachings originate from the belief of those active in economic activities, in many states including ICT, they may be strengthened and weakened; that is, it seems that the more ICT applies in an economic fields the more the ground for Islamic norms of moral establishes. For example, one may refer to such cases as clearness and lack of rente, responsible state, decline of deception and trick in businesses and transactions. The paper, preparing fundamental conceptions of the three fields of ICT, moral and the space for business, has studied ICT capabilities for upgrading business place of our country with regard to moral. As is understood, given institutionalization of ICT, it is reasonable to wait establishing of a considerable part of Islamic moral norms in business space.
