One fundamental category of contemporary age lies in challenges in front of families and ways for opposing them. Needless to say, there are some agents leading to marriage and causing family to continue; it is necessary to bring them into consideration today. The author, using a descriptive-analytical method and relying on corresponding verses and traditions, has sought to find most effectual ways for family stability and oppose the challenges. As is understood, on the basis of holy verses and traditions, some agents like fittingness in states and dignity, rightfulness before and after marriage, carefulness in choosing spouse, choosing based on satisfaction and control, low paying, ability for collaboration and reciprocal forgiveness would be useful in the field.

Immorality of Miscarriage on the Basis of Embryo`s State as Divine Gift

Miscarriage may be counted as one important and considerably challengeable problems of medical moral, attracting mind of many scholars to argue for or against it. Moral philosophers have viewed it philosophically and agreed on the fact that killing an adult human is morally unacceptable, yet, their views on embryo`s humanness are not the same. Some view embryo as being human but some other disagree such a view. The former, therefore, knows miscarriage to be immoral and the latter to be moral. The problem may be viewed in another approach, that is, in a moral theological approach. Muslim thinkers have studied the problem in feqh but not in theology or moral philosophy. The paper, therefore, has sought to view the problem on the basis of moral theology and, considering embryo from the first step of appearance as a Divine gift, has viewed miscarriage to be unacceptable.

Though altruism has been of a strategic part in the formation and development of Islamic civilization, it has not been study separately and in detail. Muslim scholars, in particular those in moral and mysticism, have spoken of its what-ness. Predecessors have regarded donation in the state of need as its essential part of meaning while those of latter-day has intended by the word preferring others to oneself. Of the meanings, the former has been more accepted. Yet, these definitions would not be able to include such cases as jihad, martyrdom and sacrificing. The study, having studied and mentioned the two definitions critically and with a historical approach, has given a more comprehensive definition as: a communicative action in which a person with good intention prefers another one, being in need or not, to himself/herself for something of his/her needs or concern.

Semantics of Quranic words would cause the holy Quran to be deeply understood. One way to find correct and exact meaning of Quranic words lies in semantics of paradigmatic words being as a complement to understand the meaning of Quranic words. In the paper, it has been intended firstly to study etymology of sabr and then consider meanings of five words including iman, salah, yaqin, tawakkol and taqwa as those paradigmatic to sabr. As is understood by the study, the most considerable particularity in the meaning of sabr, like the five mentioned ones, lies in its being religious, and Divinely revealed; that is, all these words include religious meaning and may be commented in the shadow of Divine order. Such being the case, sabr means resistance and self-control and such an intention may not be aimless; since with regard to God`s omnipresence, His guidance in the world, creational aim in the world and the order of reward and punishment, it would be commented.

In Islamic texts, we meet some teachings emphasized on as necessary in the field of business. Though the teachings originate from the belief of those active in economic activities, in many states including ICT, they may be strengthened and weakened; that is, it seems that the more ICT applies in an economic fields the more the ground for Islamic norms of moral establishes. For example, one may refer to such cases as clearness and lack of rente, responsible state, decline of deception and trick in businesses and transactions. The paper, preparing fundamental conceptions of the three fields of ICT, moral and the space for business, has studied ICT capabilities for upgrading business place of our country with regard to moral. As is understood, given institutionalization of ICT, it is reasonable to wait establishing of a considerable part of Islamic moral norms in business space.

A Critical Study on Feminism on the Basis of Morality
Qasem Ahmadi

As viewed by a large number of feminists, roles and manners of female gender have been determined historically in human societies. Feminist moral may be regarded as an attempt to reconsider and reconstruct new thought on those aspects of western traditional moral that have given little weight to women`s moral experiences. As they claim, during two thousand years of western morality, there has been no place for women`s moral. As viewed by them, for corrupting such an injustice, gender would not be of any effect in human substance and moral problems and deeds. Accepting such a resemblance between man and woman, feminist has viewed against the order of creation, neglected different roles it determined for them and accepted androgyny and, as is clear, such opinions would lead to such immoral consequences as destruction of family, homogeneity and closing eyes to natural realities of human. The paper, presenting a typology of feminist lines, has criticized their views with regard to their moral consequences.

A Quranic Study on Interrelation of Piety and Speech Relation
Zeinab As-Sadat Hosini
z.hosseini@umz.ac.ir
1
Piety has been known as a deeply rooted mental quality giving human actions special direction and validity. Of piety`s effects, one may refer to speech relation, as seen in Quranic states, on which has centered the study. The study, performed in a descriptive and analytical method and a library-based approach, has concluded that piety as the effect of belief, good deeds and morality, is of an interrelation with speech relations, namely, from one hand, it leads to massage improvement and control, directing goals of relations, centering thoughts and perceptions leading to deeds and causes addresses` validity to be attracted and, from other hand, speech relations supports the ways for producing piety.
