In spite of an extraordinary importance given to religious education in educational system in our country, there may be found many flaws in the field. One serious flaw lies in some educators lacking necessary personal, moral and behavioral merits. This study, using analytical ad descriptive method and centering on patience as one of the most notable moral merits, deals with its part in education. With reliance on some Quranic verses and Ahl al-Bayt`s traditions the way in which a religious educator`s patience influence the process of education has been shown and then some techniques have been introduced to support this moral quality. As explained in the paper, this moral property helps the educator in three ways including preparing basic health and mental safety, supporting measured public behavior and educational techniques. In addition, some procedures have been given in the form of ground and preventive measures, opposing and controlling measures and complementary measures to support the ability.

The roots of contemporary Takfiri and Salafi`s thought may be found in Khawarej thoughts, beliefs and moral and spiritual manner of life in Alawi age. The paper, comparing contemporary Salafis and Khawarej in an ethical approach, has studied and assessed their views with the norms in virtue ethics in order to prepare the ground for human societies to make distinction between this group and true Muslims. Other fields of religious studies that study their beliefs criticaly, would also show their inner and mental tendencies and manner of life and their distortion from real Islamic beliefs. As shown in the paper, this converted group`s main remarked resemblance with Khawarej lies in misunderstanding, superficiality, relating disbelief to others and using violation to others. In the paper, with reliance on library sources, their distortion has been focused on critically.

Mental action and reaction of those commiting crimes, known as the scond mental base of the crime, happen in two ways; in some cases, those commiting crimes act against penal laws intentionally while in other cases, they act without enough consideration and, therefore, commit a crime. The former would be regarded as intentional and the latter unintentional. The paper, using descriptive-analytic method, studies the definition and principal qualities of unintentional crimes in a new approach on the one hand, and introduces the ways to prevent them on the other hand. As shown in the study, in preventive studies, regarding the former and the latter both, we should oppose those agents of fundamental part in happening crimes; that is, those given their destruction, no other criminal element would be formed.

Morality and its effect are regarded as one of most notable subjects in various persian texts and literature and various ethical subjects as well as many cases of sermon and advice may be seen in the texts. Among ethical and educational subjects speech and language and their effects are known as one of the most important ones. In most of our literal, mystical and historical there may be found a lot of points on the importance of speech and its properties, the addressee. The matters have been given with reliance on Quranic and traditional teachings. Such contents may be found in all literal styles including educational literature, poems and epics. This paper has studied the subject on the basis of Persian texts and speeches of outstanding authors and poets with regard to the sources of their works. As shown in the paper, what meant by authors as being of importance in ther works lies mainly on the educational nature of the contents and the ways for actualizing it in the addressee. Such being the case, therefore, one may not find any notable part for imaginary speeches; only in some cases we find examples of resemblance.
