A religious manner of life affects all aspects of outlook, emotion and character. As is understood by Islamic system of morality, there is an unavoidable connection between religious deeds and spiritual qualities. Some of the qualities are of important effects on human deeds. As one of these moral evils, parsimony changes one`s outlook, emotion and deeds and, therefore, turns his/her life style to a non religious style. In the paper it has been intended to study human life style with a document and library-based method consequents of parsimony in three levels of outlook-perception, emotion-sensation and character-deed. The question of the paper follows as: what may be counted as consequences of parsimony in religious life style? Pessimistic view to God and future, ignorance, unsafe sensations, disorder in social communications and supporting irrational deed may be regarded as the consequences of parsimony in one`s life style.

Fame-seeking is regarded as one of the most basic emotions for all people to do important measures. As an instance, becoming a hero is based upon fame-seeking emotion that given human`s lack of it, there would be no any other motive for doing action. This emotin has included all societies to such an extent that good cases have been replaced by bad cases and make any judging in the field difficult. The paper studies Muslim scholars` views in the field and answers questions pertaining to it. It describes the way for judging fame-seeking, separates good cases from bad ones and refers to some cases not able to be judged.

Those scholars knowing human ultimate happiness as ultimate perfection of rational power, have viewed empowering the same intellect to be the way for attaining such a happiness. Molla Sadra has taken this view in many his words. Yet, in a higher level, he has viewed human ultimate happiness as proximity to God. In this paper, it is intended to study his view on the basis of the Quranic teachings of the field. As is understood by the findings of paper, his difinitions of rational intellect and practical intellect are not inclusive with regard to all natural and intellcual abilities; it includes perceptive aspect of human natural affairs only. In addition, Molla Sadra has known the end of rational intellect to be real and of practical intellect to be phantasmal happiness. Such being the case, conceptual knowledge and theoretical philosophy are of a higher place with regard to human deeds and practical philosophy. Yet, in the Quranic teachings, the latter is known to be of important. The paper has studied Sadra`s view comparatively.

One basic challenges in main work establishments lies in lack of moral rules and lawful income. Studying the category of man-smuggling on the basis of moral roules, one may understand its depth and complicated nature. Such subject as man-smuggling is a special and destructive case in global trade. Incorrect perception of the relation of trade to ethics and ethical principles may be known as such an important and wide disorder that clearly oppose human values and dignity. Evidently any solution for opposing and controlling the fatal problem of man-smuggling in global trade would need an ethical analysis of such transactions. Being established with an analytico-descriptive method and an ethical approach, describing present conditions, presenting some cases of statistics and explaining some grounds supporting the problem, the study has not deemed measures and dicisions made by international institutions to be effectual and has known the real solution as paying attention to Islamic educational and ethical principles in three aspects of insight, desirability and behavor.

Medical ethics as an important interdisciplinary field of study seeks to explain corresponding rights and duties of those serving in the health system and those receiving health services and the problems in the field. The question of the study runs as: with regard to ontological, epistemological and anthropological differences found the two classes, how and to what extent one may argue for such a field of study that seeks to explain the rights and duties and the decisions made for medical affairs on the basis of religious belief? In the paper, it has been intended to explain the meanings of religious science and religious medical moral and describe the difference of the latter with nonreligious medical moral. It is clear that paying attention to the sick and curative`s beliefs in medical decision for treating or way of treating is not of any fixed relation with religiousness of medical moral, yet agreeing with religious medical moral would change one`s view to human being during the course of treatment and prepare the ground for compiling deed rules for presenting medical services on the basis of the sick`s beliefs. As is shown by the study, agreeing with religious science, one would be able to present a definition of religious medical moral, as being distinguished from nonreligious medical moral, upon which corresponding rights and duties in the field be based and religiously explained.
