The primary problem of this research is that Information Technology in the digital age faces emerging issues and challenges (cybercrime, copyright, privacy violations, cloning, etc.). This study utilizes an analytical-comparativemethod, and its main innovation lies in the precise application of Islamic ethical concepts to the modern challenges of the digital world. The article reviews these challenges and analyzes various ethical approaches (Utilitarianism, Deontology, and Virtue Ethics) in dealing with them. By explaining that these approaches have appeared relatively insufficient and inefficient in solving the ethical issues of digital transformation; the article critiques their weaknesses and ultimately introduces the foundations of Islamic ethics as a superior solution compared to Western moral philosophy. It is demonstrated that Islamic ethics, with its emphasis on Monotheism, human dignity, and justice, and considering its conceptual richness and adaptability to the needs of modern societies, is more effective in the ethical management of digital transformations.
