Aging is the final stage of the life cycle. Given the emotional and physical challenges resulting from modern lifestyles and the lack of an ethical interaction model for the elderly, this research seeks to provide a practical model to improve relationships with this demographic. The main question is: Based on religious sources with a psychological perspective, what model can explain effective ethical interaction with the elderly? The study was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method based on documentary sources. Findings show that optimal ethical interaction with the elderly must be organized in three dimensions: cognitive, emotional, and behavioral. In the cognitive dimension, awareness of the psychological characteristics of the elderly is essential; in the emotional dimension, strengthening empathy and a sense of worthiness is key; and in the behavioral dimension, direct support, delegating appropriate responsibilities, and avoiding social isolation are vital. The results indicate that adhering to these principles promotes mental health, self-esteem, and social bonds among the elderly, ultimately strengthening social solidarity.
