The primary problem of this research is that rapid advancements in medical sciences have created new ethical challenges for students of this major. Conversely, existing educational models have failed to effectively integrate Islamic values with the emerging ethical challenges arising from modern needs. Recognizing the necessity of training committed professionals who possess both scientific mastery and moral capability, this research designs a needs-oriented model. Utilizing a systematic analysis of Islamic and scientific sources, a five-stage model was developed: explaining theoretical foundations relevant to clinical challenges, three-level needs assessment (fundamental, virtue-based, and skill-based), production of specialized content based on identified needs, flexible teaching methods, and multidimensional evaluation (measuring knowledge, attitude, and performance). Findings show that the main innovation of this model is the integration of Islamic teachings with students’ clinical needs and a comprehensive evaluation system in medical education. Consequently, this new framework, by addressing the shortcomings of the ethics education system and emphasizing moral dimensions, provides an efficient model for teaching Islamic ethics in medical sciences. Successful implementation requires curriculum revision, instructor training, and systematic coordination between education and clinical practice.
