fa بررسی اخلاق حرفه‌ای در دانشگاه‌های کشور و مقایسه آن با دانشگاه‌های برتر جهان با تأکید بر تدریس اثربخش اخلاق کاربردی(با رویکرد اسلامی) Applied ethics بنیادی بنیادی <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">هدف پژوهش بررسی اخلاق حرفه‌ای در دانشگاه‌های کشور و مقایسه آن با دانشگاه‌های برتر جهان با تأکید بر تدریس اثربخش است. جامعه پژوهش 100 دانشگاه برتر جهان و 539 دانشگاه ایران است (تمام شماری) این پژوهش کیفی بوده و از روش بهینه کاوی تجارب موفق ملی و بین‌المللی با استفاده از مطالعه تطبیقی بهره برده است. در حال حاضر در دانشگاه‌های ایران و حتی دانشگاه‌های برتر جهان بیشتر به منشور اخلاق حرفه‌ای توجه می‌شود. دانشگاه‌هایی هم که دارای مستندات اخلاق <span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;">حرفه‌ای با تأکید بر تدریس اثربخش هستند، وحدت رویه خاصی در بیان محتوای آن ندارند. از دیگر سو، اخلاق حرفه‌ای و مستندات مربوط به آن در دانشگاه‌ها باعث وحدت رویه در پیاده‌سازی اخلاقیات در دانشگاه‌ها می‌شود. روسا و مدیران دانشگاه‌ها باید توجه بیشتری نسبت به تدوین سند اخلاق حرفه‌ای برای دانشگاه‌ها داشته باشند تا بتوانند هدف اصلی دانشگاه‌ها که تدریس اثربخش است را به بهترین نحو محقق کنند.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The aim of the study is to investigate professional ethics in the country&#39;s universities and compare it with the world&#39;s top universities with an emphasis on effective teaching. The research sample is the top 100 universities in the world and 539 universities in Iran (full number). This research is qualitative and has employed the optimal examination of successful national and international experiences using comparative study. At present, in Iranian universities and even in the world&#39;s top universities, more attention is paid to the Charter of Professional Ethics. Universities that have professional ethics documentation with an emphasis on effective teaching do not have a specific unified approach to expressing its content. On the other hand, professional ethics and related documents in universities cause the unity of procedure in the implementation of ethics in universities.
