fa نقد و بررسی سه تقریر از واقعی بودن «باید اخلاقی» A Critical Study on Three Explanations about the Real State of “Ehical Ought to” فرا اخلاق(با رویکرد اسلامی) ethics نظری theoretic <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.15pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">پرهیز از نسبیت اخلاقی و فراهم کردن مقدمات تربیت اخلاقی یکی از مهم‌ترین دغدغه‌های اندیشمندان در حوزه اخلاق است. دو نظریه اعتباریات و واقع‌گرایی درمورد بایدهای اخلاقی، در میان اندیشمندان مسلمان مطرح است که هر یک به‌گونه‌ای درصدد است بر مسئله نسبیت اخلاقی فایق آید. به نظر می‌رسد تلاش برای تبیین باید‌های اخلاقی و نشان دادن واقع‌نمایی آن راه‌حلی ساده‌تر و روشن‌تر برای رسیدن به مطلق‌گرایی در اخلاق است. در این راستا سه نظریه «ضرورت بالغیر»، «ضرورت بالقیاس الی الغیر» و «الزامات نفسانی» از سوی اندیشمندان معاصر بیان شده است. هدف ما در این نوشته پس از تبیین این دیدگاه‌ها آن است که مشخص کنیم مصداق و مطابق «باید»ها و «ضرورت»های اخلاقی چیست و مهم‌ترین نظریه‌های مطرح در این مسئله کدام است؟ بدین منظور پس از تبیین سه نظریه مطرح و ارزیابی آن به این نتیجه دست یافتیم که اولاً انتساب نظریه «ضرورت بالغیر» به دکتر حائری یزدی صحیح نیست و دوم آنکه «باید اخلاقی» حاکی از «ضرورت بالقیاسی» است که بین مطلوبیت فعل اخلاقی و مطلوبیت نتیجه آن وجود دارد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Avoiding the ethical relativism and providing the preparations of ethical education are among the most important concerns of scholars in the field of ethics. Two theories of i`tibariat and realism about ethical cases of ought to are discussed among Muslim scholars each seeking to overcome the problem of ethical relativism. It seems that attempts for illustrating the ethical cases of ought to and for showing its reference to reality are easier and clearer solution for absolutism in ethics. In this regard, three theories of “necessity by the other”, “necessity with regard to the other” and mental “obligations” have been proposed by contemporary scholars. After explaining these viewpoints, the paper aims at determining the evidences of the ethical cases of “ought to” and “obligationss” as well as the most important theories proposed about this problem.
