fa بررسی نسبت مفهومی اخلال در اخلاق حسنه و جرم محاربه و افساد فی‌الارض (با توجه به آیه شریفه 33 سوره مبارکه مائده) Examining the conceptual relationship between the violation of good morals and the crime of fighting (Moharebeh) and corruption in the land (According to verse 33 of Surah Mubaraka Maedah) اخلاق کاربردی(با رویکرد اسلامی) Applied ethics بنیادی بنیادی <div style="text-align: justify;">آیاتی از قرآن‌کریم، مفهومی از رفتار اجتماعی آمیخته با اخلاق را ارائه می‌دهد که شیوه‌های درست زندگی را پیش روی انسان می‌گشاید. از آنجا که یکی از شیوه‌های تبیین معنایی واژگان، کشف روابط معنایی واژه و شبکه معنایی آن است. در این پژوهش با روش توصیفی همراه با تحلیل محتوی و استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای، ارتباط معنایی اخلاق حسنه با محاربه و افساد فی‌الارض بررسی شد؛ حاصل تحقیق حاکی از این است که نسبت مفهومی افساد فی‌الارض چه به صورت مجزا از محاربه و چه همراه با آن موجب اخلال در اخلاق حسنه می‌شود و این موضوع دارای مویدات بسیاری چه از نظر معصومین^ و نظرات فقها نیز می‌باشد و از طرف دیگر محاربه‌ای که در قرآن و فقه به آن اشاره شده است بیشتر به محاربه با خدا و پیامبر| می‌باشد، ولی در قانون مجازات اسلامی محاربه یکی از جرایم اخلال در اخلاق حسنه است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Verses from the Holy Qur'an provide a concept of social behavior mixed with ethics, which provide the right ways of life to man. Because one of the methods of semantic explanation of words is to discover the semantic relations of the word and its semantic network. In this research, with the descriptive method  with the content analysis and the use of library sources, the semantic relationship of good morals with fighting and corruption in the land was investigated; The result of the research indicates that the concept of corruption in the land, either separately from war or together with it, causes a disturbance in good morals. And this result  has many proofs, both from the point of view of the innocents (a.s.) and the opinions of jurists, and on the other hand, the war that is mentioned in the Qur'an and jurisprudence is more about war with God and the Prophet (pbuh), but in the Islamic Penal Code war (Moharebeh) is one of the crimes of violating good morals.  </div> اخلال, اخلاق حسنه, جرم, محاربه, افساد فی‌الارض.
