fa نقدی بر کتاب «استنباط حکم اخلاقی از سیره و عمل معصوم» اخلاق هنجاری(با رویکرد اسلامی) Normative ethics نظری theoretic <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقادانه کتاب&nbsp; </span></span><span style="font-family:Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">استنباط حکم اخلاقی از سیره و عمل معصوم؛ دشواری‌های نظری و ملاحظات روش شناختی</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> انجام شده است. کتاب دارای محاسن فراوانی است و تتبع خوبی در بیان نمونه‌ها و مصادیق رفتارهای امامان معصوم</span></span><span style="font-family:Taher;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">^</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> انجام شده است اما دارای اشکالات اساسی نیز می‌باشد. از جمله اینکه به لحاظ شکلی و نیز ساختاری دقت نظرهای لازم اعمال نشده است به گونه‌ای که از نظم منطقی و ساختاری منسجم، متناسب با هدف نویسنده برخوردار نیست؛ بعلاوه دارای اشکالات نگارشی قابل توجهی است. به لحاظ محتوایی نیز دارای برخی کاستی‌ها است. نقل روایات ضعیف و در برخی موارد خلاف عقل، بیان وجه جمع‌های نه چندان موجه در حل چالش‌ها، شتابزدگی در بیان چالش‌ها و تناقضات ظاهری در رفتار معصومان</span></span><span style="font-family:Taher;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">^</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> بدون بررسی لازم، نسبت دادن فراموشی و سهو به پیامبر اکرم</span></span><span style="font-family:Taher;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">|</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> و پافشاری برآن، بهره گیری از منابع حدیثی نامعتبر و همپوشانی قواعد مطرح شده با یکدیگر از جمله این موارد است.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">This study aims to critically review the book &quot;Inferring a moral verdict from the conduct and practice of the innocent Imams; Theoretical difficulties and methodological considerations&quot;. The book has many merits and a good follow-up in expressing examples of the behaviors of the innocent Imams (AS). But it also has fundamental drawbacks. For example, the form and structure of the book has not been arranged with necessary precision and it does not have a coherent logical and structural order, appropriate to the author&#39;s purpose; In addition, it has significant spelling problems. It also has some shortcomings in its content.
