fa تحلیل انسان‌شناختی راههای نهادینه‌سازی اخلاق اجتماعی نیکو؛ با تأکید بر وجدان کاری اخلاق کاربردی(با رویکرد اسلامی) Applied ethics کاربردی Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">اندیشمندان، مصلحان و رهبران دینی، بر ضرورت ترویج و نهادینه&shy;سازی اخلاق نیکوی اجتماعی بویژه وجدان کاری اذعان دارند. بدون تردید یکی از مهمترین عوامل سعادت، پیشرفت و تمدن&shy;سازی در هر جامعه&shy;ای عبارت است از برخورداری مردم آن جامعه از اخلاقیات نیکوی اجتماعی. برخی از جوامع علی&shy;رغم محرومیت از آموزه-های دین اسلام (و حتی ادیان آسمانی دیگر)، توانسته&shy;اند در ترویج و نهادینه&shy;سازی برخی اخلاقیات نیکوی اجتماعی توفیقات چشمگیری کسب کنند. از منظر فلسفی و دینی، همه انسانها از جهات دانش، گرایش و توانش، مفطور به فطرت الهی بوده و دارای استعدادها و زمینه&shy;های تخلّق به اخلاق نیکو هستند. اما برای برخورداری واقعی از اخلاقیات نیکوی اجتماعی، این استعدادها کافی نبوده و فعلیت یافتن آنها مستلزم دخالت عوامل متعددی است. در نوشتار پیش رو با روش تحلیلی توصیفی، به تبیین و تحلیل این حقیقت می&shy;پردازیم که برای شکوفاسازی استعدادهای فطری اخلاقیات اجتماعی، سه عامل مهم بسیار تأثیرگذارند: الف) مدیریت کارآمد و علمی ب) تربیت مبتنی بر انسان شناسی دقیق و واقع&shy; بینانه ج) تقویت بنیانها و ترمیم نقصان های دینداری.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:110%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="line-height:110%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif">It can be acknowledged <span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">by thinkers, reformers, and religious leaders that it would be essential to develop and institutionalize admirable social traits, especially work conscience. Undoubtedly, an important factor of the happiness, improvement, and civilization of every society is that people living in the society possess admirable social traits. In spite of the fact that some societies are deprived of the religious doctrines of Islam (and other heavenly religions) they have considerably succeeded in developing and institutionalizing certain socially admirable traits. From the philosophical and religious standpoints, all people have God-given nature with respect to knowledge</span>, power, and tendency, and are disposed to be morally good. However, this disposition is not sufficient to actually have socially good traits, and many factors are required to actualize it.
