fa بررسی هنجار‌های اخلاقیِ ناظر به فرایند ارتباط گفتاری برپایه آیات و روایات اخلاق کاربردی(با رویکرد اسلامی) Applied ethics کاربردی Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">هدف این پژوهش، بررسی هنجارهای قرآنی و رواییِ ناظر به مراحل پنج‌گانه فرایند ارتباط گفتاری با رویکرد اخلاقی است. در پژوهش حاضر این مسئله‌ بررسی می‌شود که &laquo;با نظر به مبانیِ اخلاقی</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.5pt;">‌ـ ‌تربیتی و با کاوش در آموزه‌های اسلامی، چه هنجارهایی می‌توان برای هر مرحله از فرایند ارتباط گفتاری یافت؟&raquo; روش تحقیق، براساس روش گردآوری اطلاعات، &laquo;کتابخانه‌ای&raquo; و بر پایه نحوه ارائه و پردازش اطلاعات، &laquo;اسنادی و تحلیلی‌ ـ‌ استنتاجی&raquo; است. برپایه یافته‌های تحقیق، در هر <span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">دو معنای فرایند (&laquo;وسیع&raquo; و &laquo;خاص&raquo;)، در اخلاق اسلامی برای همه مراحل پنج‌گانه ارتباط گفتاری (پیش از آغاز، آغاز، جریان، پایان، پس از پایان) هنجارهای مشترکِ انسانی و ویژه ایمانی مقرر شده است. اندیشیدن پیش از آغاز، اعتمادآفرینی</span> و مهرورزی در مرحلۀ آغاز، استوارگویی در مرحلۀ جریان، تکریم و سپاسگزاری در مرحلۀ پایان، و محاسبه و بازخوردگیری پس از پایان، محورهای اصلی این هنجارهاست. هدف این هنجارها تأمین سلامت و بهبود ارتباطات، خاستگاه آنها معارف توحیدی و ریشۀ آنها سرشت الهیِ آدمی و نهاد اخلاقی اوست.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of this study is to investigate the Quranic norms and narrations regarding the five stages of the process of verbal communication with the moral approach. This study examines the following question: &quot;what norms can be found for each stage of the verbal communication process in terms of ethical-educational principles and by exploring Islamic teachings?&quot; Based on data collection, the method is &quot;library&quot; research and based on the way information is presented and processed, &quot;documentary-analytical&quot; method is used. The results show that, in both meanings of &quot;broad&quot; and &quot;special&quot; process, in Islamic ethics for all five stages of verbal communication (before the start, in the beginning, in the process, at the end, and after the end) common human and special norms of faith have been established. Thinking before the start, building trust and affection in the beginning, steadfastness in the process, honoring and thanking at the end stage, and calculating and receiving feedback after the end are the main axes of these norms. The purpose of these norms is to ensure health and improve communication, their origin is monotheistic teachings and their roots are the divine nature of man and his moral institution.</div> ارتباطات, ارتباط گفتاری, فرایند ارتباط, هنجارهای اخلاقی, قرآن و حدیث.
