fa پیوستگی اصول عام اخلاقی در اسلام The Interconnection among General Moral Principles in Islam اخلاق هنجاری(با رویکرد اسلامی) Normative ethics نظری theoretic <div style="text-align: justify;">اصول عام اخلاقی ارزشهایی عام هستند که دیگر ارزشها از آنها استنتاج میشوند. بسیاری از اختلافات در نظریات اخلاقی از تبیین این اصول نشأت میگیرد. شش اصل عام اخلاقی (کمال، آزادی، عدم آسیب، منفعت عمومی، استحقاق و عدالت) به هم پیوسته هستند و جانبداری از یک اصل بدون تبیین نسبت آن با دیگر اصول موجه نیست. اصل کمال، لزوم اخلاقی تحصیل کمالات مادی و معنوی را نشان میدهد. اصل آزادی بر اساس اصل کمال، از آزادی کسب اهداف میانی و نهایی دفاع میکند و اصل عدمآسیب، حدود اصل آزادی را نشان میدهد. همچنین اصل منفعت عمومی از محروم کردن افراد از منافع عمومی جلوگیری میکند و اصل استحقاق، منافع عمومی را بنابر دلایل موجه تخصیص میزند. نهایتا اصل عدالت، هماهنگی و تعادل میان دیگر اصول را رقم میزند. در این مقاله ضمن تبیین اصول عام هنجاری، پیوستگی این اصول را با روش توصیفی– تحلیلی از نگاه اسلام تبیین خواهیم کرد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The general moral principles express universal values from which other values are derived. Many disagreements as to ethical theories have their roots in the kind of explanation given for these principles. There are six general moral principles (perfection, freedom, do-not-harm, public interests, desert, and justice) interconnected in such a way that none of them can be justified without explaining their relation to others. The principle of perfection ethically requires one to attain material and immaterial perfections. Freedom to achieve middle and final aims is defended by the principle of freedom based on principle of perfection. The limits of the principle of freedom are shown by the principle of do-not-harm. The principle of public interests helps people not to be deprived of public interests. Public interests are allocated by the principle of desert on strong grounds. Finally, harmony and balance among other principles are preserved by the principle of justice.
