fa نقد و بررسی جواز سقط جنین معلول براساس اصل آسیب نرساندن از منظر اخلاقی اخلاق کاربردی(با رویکرد اسلامی) Applied ethics کاربردی Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">سقط جنین معلول از مسائل مهم اخلاق پزشکی است که فیلسوفان اخلاق بسیاری در جواز یا عدم جواز آن با تمسک به اصول متعدد استدلال اقامه کرده‌اند؛ یکی از این اصول، اصل آسیب نرساندن است. براساس آن همه وظیفه دارند از آسیب زدن به دیگران اجتناب کنند. در رابطه با جنین معلول برخی با توجه به همین اصل، با این تبیین که تولد جنین معلول آسیب‌هایی را برای کودک معلول و اطرافیان او در پی دارد، حکم به جواز اخلاقی سقط می‌دهند. در مقابل برخی به این استدلال اشکال کرده و معتقدند آسیب اصلی آن‌جاست که اقدام به سقط و نابود کردن موجودی زنده می‌شود. در این مقاله به شیوه مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و به‌صورت توصیفی ـ تحلیلی‌،‌ به نقد و بررسی استدلال مذکور پرداخته خواهد شد. براساس یافته‌های پژوهش این استدلال با نقدهایی مواجه است و می‌توان از استدلال آسیب نرساندن در عدم جواز اخلاقی سقط جنین معلول بهره گرفت.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Abortion is one of the important issues of medical ethics that moral philosophers talking about its permissibility or non-permissibility by relying on the principles of reasoning. One of these principles is the principle of not doing harm. Their entire duty is to prevent harming others. based on this principle, argue that the birth of a disabled fetus causes harm to the disabled child and those around him, and thus give moral justification for abortion. On the other hand, some people object to this argument and believe that the main harm is that a living being is aborted and destroyed. In this article, the aforementioned argument will be reviewed and criticized. using a library study method and in a descriptive-analytical manner.
