fa منت‌گذاری و منت‌پذیری از منظر فقه‌الاخلاق اخلاق کاربردی(با رویکرد اسلامی) Applied ethics نظری theoretic <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.5pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بررسی موضوع منت‌گذاری و منت‌پذیری از منظر فقه‌الاخلاق، از جهت کاربردی بودن فقه در همه جوانب ابعاد دین ـ عقاید، اخلاقیات، احکام ـ و روشن شدن جلوه تازه‌ای از فقه تربیتی و نقش آن در سلامت اخلاقی و رشد و تعالی معنوی فردی و اجتماعی و حتی در عرصه روابط بین‌الملل، دارای اهمیت ویژه است. ازاین‌رو با روش توصیفی‌ـ‌تحلیلی، با هدف چگونگی تطبیق قواعد فقهی بر منت‌گذاری و منت‌پذیری، به بررسی موضوع فوق می‌پردازیم و با توجه به مصادیق متعدد و ذومراتب بودن آن، نتیجه می‌گیریم که نمی‌توان به‌طور مطلق، حکم فقهی ثابتی مانند حرام بر آن مترتب کرد؛ بلکه تطبیق هرکدام از احکام خمسه تکلیفیه بر مصادیق متعدد آن محتمل است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> Examining the subject of assignment and acceptance from the perspective of moral jurisprudence is important in order to clarify a new manifestation of the application of jurisprudence in moral issues and its role in individual and social spiritual growth and even in the field of international relations. Therefore, we examine the question &quot;What is the jurisprudential ruling on the moral issue of giving and accepting?&quot; with a descriptive-analytical method with the aim of applying jurisprudential rules on giving and accepting, and it turns out that each of the rulings of Khamsa is obligatory. It is possible for many examples.
