fa مفهوم‌شناسی وجدان اخلاقی و گستره‌ تأثیرگذاری آن در نظم عمومی اخلاق هنجاری(با رویکرد اسلامی) Normative ethics نظری theoretic <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">حاکمیت نظم و قانون‌مداری از مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌های اجتماعِ به‌سامان است که بستر امنیت و آرامش را برای سیر افراد در جهت اهـداف فـردی و جمعی امکان‌پذیر می‌سازد. دستیـابی به جامعـه‌ بهره‌مند از نظم عمومی، نیازمند وجود قوانین مربوط و مابازای قانونی مناسب برای اجرای این قوانین است. بی‌شک مهم‌ترین ضامن اجرای قوانینِ دارای جنبه‌ نظم عمومی، دولت‌ها و نهادهای اجتماعی قضایی و انتظامی هستند؛ اما توجه به اخلاقیات، حاکی از وجود مابازای اخلاقی و درونی برای رعایت قوانین یادشده است. ازاین‌رو هماهنگی و همراهی الزامات خارجی و درونی، مهم‌ترین دستاورد برای رسیدن به نظم عمومی خواهد بود. در تحقق این هدف، مفهوم وجدان اخلاقی با توجه به کارکردهای آن، نقش اساسی دارد. در این نوشتار با مراجعه به آرای اندیشمندان، ضمن مفهوم‌شناسی &laquo;وجدان اخلاقی&raquo;، تأثیر این عاملِ در دسترس و همگانی برای تربیت افراد اخلاقی و به‌تبع آن تشکیل جوامع اخلاقی که نظم‌داری و قانون‌مداری را سرلوحه فعالیت‌های خود قرار دهند، بررسی شده و تلاش گردیده است تا مفهوم اخلاقی وجدان به صورتی کاربردی‌تر ارائه شود.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Governance of discipline and rule of law is one of the most important factors of an organized community that provides the security and tranquility grounds for people to move in the direction of their individual and collective purposes. To achieve a society enjoying public order there is a need to related laws and appropriate legal case to enforce these laws. Undoubtedly, the most important guarantee for enforcing the laws with public discipline aspects are the governments, social, judicial and police institutes; however, considering ethics indicates ethical and internal case to observe the mentioned laws. Therefore, coordination and accompaniment of the internal and external requirements are the most important achievements to reach public discipline. To realize this purpose, the concept of ethical conscience with its functions has a fundamental function.
