fa تحلیل پیامدهای اخلاقی «تکلیف در حد وسع» اخلاق کاربردی(با رویکرد اسلامی) Applied ethics نظری theoretic <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مسأله این تحقیق بررسی جنبه‌ها و پیامدهای اخلاقی تکلیف در حد وسع است. فرضیه نخست تحقیق این است که تکلیف در حد وسع شامل توصیه‌ها و فرمان‌های اخلاقی نیز می‌شود. فرضیه دوم نقش تکلیف در حد وسع به مثابه یک اصل راهبردی در پیشگیری از آسیب‌ها در نظام‌های اخلاقی و تربیتی است. فرضیه سوم نقش سنجش‌گری و روش‌شناختی این اصل در کارآمدی و اثربخشی نظام‌های اخلاقی و تربیتی و ارزیابی اخلاقی نظام‌های حرفه‌ای و نظام‌های حقوقی است. تحقیق برمبنای موضع اندیشمندان شیعی در چالش‌های تکلیف فوق طاقت است. دو تفسیر از وسع نزد آنان وجود دارد: وسع به معنای توان و وسع به معنای کمتر از طاقت. فرضیه‌های تحقیق با توجه به این دو تفسیر و با پیش‌فرض عدم جواز تکلیف فوق طاقت و انتفاء هرگونه تکلیف فوق طاقت به روش تحلیل منطقی ـ انتقادی بررسی می‌شود. هدف از تحقیق کاربست انتقادی اصل تکلیف در حد وسع در حوزه‌های گوناگون اخلاق کاربردی است.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of this study is to examine the ethical aspects and consequences of the feasible duty. The first hypothesis of the study is that the feasible duty also includes ethical recommendations and commands. The second hypothesis is the role of the feasible duty as a strategic principle to prevent harm in moral and educational systems. The third hypothesis is the assessing and psychological role of this principle in the efficiency and effectiveness of ethical and educational systems and the ethical evaluation of the professional systems and legal systems. The research is based on the position of Shiite scholars on the challenges of the unfeasible duty. There are two interpretations of the feasibility: feasibility in the sense of strength and feasibility in the sense of less than tolerability. The research hypotheses are examined via the logical-critical analytic method in light of these two interpretations and by the assumption of non-authorization of the unfeasible duty and the exclusion of any unfeasible duty.
