Civic ethics, from the perspective of Islam, are the norms and values that govern the behavior and relationships of citizens in society, which are derived from Islamic principles. Civic ethics guides citizens towards growth and excellence and develops commitment, participation, and responsibility among citizens. In the process of globalization, two factors, new technologies and global organizations, will affect civic ethics. The urban world creates challenges in civic ethics because this process is based on principles that conflict with the moral norms and values of the Islamic approach. This article, using a descriptive-analytical method, shows that in the process of globalization, global organizations, by enacting laws and global media with a specific approach, seek to change moral boundaries, eliminate values, and replace their desired culture as the norm for citizens. Such a society will gradually be emptied of its Islamic and moral identity, and the morality governing its citizens will become the morality of a global citizen, creating a platform for citizens' activities based on global criteria. In order to prevent the spread of this globalization process, it is recommended to pay attention to the unique discourse of Islamic ethics and the creation of social structures from the family to global organizations.
