The tendency to be beautiful is in human nature, nowadays one of the ways to satisfy this inner desire is to perform cosmetic surgery.This research tries to recognize the innate right to desire beauty, and to answer the main question of how this right can be managed in the specific case of cosmetic surgery in accordance with Islamic teachings. The first hypothesis: Desire for beauty is a natural and developmental human right.Third hypothesis: This right, like other natural rights, should be on the level of morality and should be measured with value criteria.The purpose of the research is to pay detailed attention to the moral values related to cosmetic surgery, in addition to accepting the natural right for the applicant, to guide him to make the right and wise choice.This research has come to the conclusion with the descriptive-analytical method and by collecting sources through library reading that cosmetic surgery, which is one of the examples of human desire for beauty, in order to be managed like other natural human rights, must conform itself to moral principles and boundaries.
