One of the roots and causes of human behavior in general is related to his cognitions. The aim of this article, using an analytical-descriptive method, is to show how the constructive influence of legal knowledge in the field of human behavior and its accompanying components (practical ethics) is, with an emphasis on Nahjul-Balagha. The results of the studies conducted, which were recorded in a library manner, are that the impact of legal knowledge on the reform and observance of morality is in several places. This knowledge has a constructive role in giving quality to human purposefulness and is also effective in adapting action to his goals. It also plays a key role in providing the epistemological foundations of faith and, finally, is effective in removing obstacles to moral action. In order to improve his behavior and morality, man, along with other factors that make up morality, needs to learn the legal knowledge about the origin and end of the universe and also about man. Therefore, the inclusion of rational and philosophical education in textbooks for balanced moral education seems necessary.
