An Islamic Ethical Model for Accessiblity to Privacy

In the study, with regard to Islamic teachings on the notability of privacy and permited cases for governmental accessibility to it, an Islamic model for the accessibility has been introduced. The model includes seven components: guarding privacy as a vertue, emphasis on guarding secrecy as the fundamental rule and exceptional cases, showing exceptional limit cases clearly, emphasis on wise expedience when entering privacy, supporting Islamic norms in personal field with an emphasis on inner motive, keeping and caring one`s own privacy, announcing one`s support of system of values with minor lawful necessity in privacy.
