Abstract
Mentioning the background of ethical disagreement and the two parties’ evidences of its being real or visionary, this paper deals with a conceptual analysis of restrictions and signs in a case of real ethical conflict. It has shown that the solution of the problem lies in the fact that whether moral ought to may be reduced to its elementary conceptual components or not. Returning “ought to” into “reason”, one can support the reasonability of duties, capability of evaluation, and measurability. “Inevitability of an ethical violation”, “not abolishing state” of any of the two obligations by the other, “existence of the contradiction” and “ethical residue” have been introduced as important restrictions and particular signs of a real conflict.

Abstract
Paying much attention to increasing the professional morality in Iran in two recent decades concluded in nothing than instrumental and pleasing to the eye outlook to morality at governmental organizations and departments. In this study we analyzed the reasons of this subject through interdisciplinary approach. Social and historical experience shows that inattention to the importance and role of management power is the main reason for this deficiency. The root of this issue is among the teachings of some mystics and moralists in excessive attention to individual decay of power and inattention of its positive and social effects. Negative attitude of Christianity to the power caused the excessive attention of Nietzsche to the power and denial of religion. Islamic view is realistic to the instrumental role of power of management in correction of organizations and societies. Islam finds the individual and spiritual development of man in the context of the social life. Through this view acquiring and protection of the management post is necessary to the qualified persons and is a part of their development process and flexibility about some jurisprudential and instrumental morality values is permissible and sometimes obligatory.

Abstract
Allameh Majlesi is one of the few hadith scholars, who entered the field of theology and ethics with a narrative approach. From his point of view, many theological issue have an influence and prominent role in ethics. He belives the immortality of human has a closed connection with moral issues and believes that after death, human will have immortality with both his soul and his worldly body forever for the sake of God. The innovative aspect of his view is that the criterion of identity as a condition for survival in the afterlife is not just the soul or the worldly body, and both of these are involved in the immortality of man.
Therefore, this interpretation of immortality plays its role and function in the three areas of giving meaning, motivation and being proposeful in moral teachings. This research, with an analytical approach by referring to his works, rereads his thoughts in this field.
