fa شأن مادری و چالش اشتغال زنان با رویکرد اخلاق کاربردی The dignity of motherhood and the challenge of women's employment with the approach of applied ethic اخلاق کاربردی(با رویکرد اسلامی) Applied ethics کاربردی Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;">مادری به‌عنوان بخشی از زندگی زنان مرحله‌ای ارزشمند است که زن را برخوردار از شأنی متفاوت‌تر از زمانی می‌کند که وارد چنین مرحله‌ای نشده‌است. اشتغال بانوان به‌عنوان امری رایج که به‌مثابه ارزش اقتصادی و یک نوع شأن اجتماعی برای زنان جامعه معاصر ارزش یافته است، با شأن مادری آنها در بسیاری از موارد معارض است. مدافعان هرکدام از این طرفین تعارض اخلاقی، استدلال‌هایی را طرح می‌کنند. رسیدن به استقلال مالی و برخورداری زن از منزلت اجتماعی، بخشی از استدلال موافقان اشتغال زن در مقابل مادری است. در پاسخ، ضمن ارزیابی استدلال‌های موافقان اشتغال بانوان، می‌توان ادله‌ای به نفع شأن اخلاقی مادر اقامه نمود. این مقاله با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی بیانگر آن است که مادری ضمن آنکه با اقتضائات روحی و جسمی و نیازهای واقعی زن هماهنگ است، نسبت به شئون عارضی دیگر چون اشتغال مقدّم است. از سویی، ورود زنان به مشاغل مختلف و حضور در اجتماع اگر هم‌سو و هماهنگ با نقش مادری آنان نباشد، باعث لطمه‌های بسیاری به مادران و فرزندانشان خواهد شد. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Motherhood as a part of women's life is a valuable stage that makes a woman have a different dignity than when she has not entered such a stage. Women's employment, as a common thing that has been valued as an economic value and a kind of social dignity for women in contemporary society, is contrary to their maternal dignity in many cases. The defenders of each of these sides of the moral conflict propose arguments. Achieving financial independence and a woman's social dignity is part of the argument of the supporters of women's employment against motherhood. In response, while evaluating the arguments of the suppoerters of women's employment, arguments can be made in favor of the moral dignity of the mother. This article, using descriptive-analytical method, shows that motherhood, while being in harmony with the spiritual and physical requirements and real needs of women, is ahead of other temporary affairs such as employment. On the other hand, women's entry into different jobs and presence in the community, if it is not aligned with their motherly role, will cause many damages to mothers and their children. If women can fulfill their social  responsibilities with the support and assistance of the family and the centrality of the main roles such as motherhood, then it can be collected between them.
