fa تحلیلی برمفهوم، جایگاه و نقش اصل اخلاقی در نظام اخلاقی اخلاق هنجاری(با رویکرد اسلامی) Normative ethics نظری theoretic <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">واژه اصل اخلاقی یکی از پرکاربردترین واژگان در عرصه پژوهش‌های اخلاقی است. با وجود چنین دامنه استعمال وسیعی، این واژه از ابهام برخوردار است. تلاش بر آن است که با روش اسنادی-تحلیلی اولا اصل اخلاقی تعریف شود، درثانی جایگاه اصل در نظام اخلاقی آشکار گردد، سوم این که نسبت اصل اخلاقی از یک سو با نظریه ارزش اخلاقی مشخص شود و از سوی دیگر با قواعد اخلاقی نشان داده شود، چهارم این‌که نمونه‌هایی از اصول اخلاقی به تصویر کشیده شود و در پایان راه ساخته شدن یک اصل اخلاقی معرفی گردد. در تعریف اصل اخلاقی گفته شده است که سلسله قواعد اخلاقی‌ای (چه از سنخ باید و نبایدها و چه از سنخ خوب‌ها و بدها) هستند پایه‌ای و اساسی، که متناسب با مبانی اخلاق و نیز، مبتنی بر نظریه ارزش سامان یافته‌اند و سرچشمه سایر قواعد اخلاقی در سامانه و نظام اخلاقی می‌گردند.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:110%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="line-height:110%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif">The term &lsquo;moral principle&rsquo; is most frequently used in the field of ethical investigations. Although it has a wide range of usages, it is nevertheless an unclear term. This paper with an analytic documentary method tries (1) to define moral principle, (2) to clarify its status in the moral system, (3) to identify the relation of moral principle to the theory of moral value and to moral rules, (4) to depict some cases of moral principles, and finally to introduce the way of constructing a moral principle.
