fa مرجحات و راه‌‌های حل تعارض اخلاقی (با تأکید بر حل تعارض اخلاقی در مسئله پنهان کاری همسران) اخلاق کاربردی(با رویکرد اسلامی) Applied ethics کاربردی Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.5pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">از موارد مهم در موضوع تعارض‌های اخلاقی، تعارض‌های اخلاقی در مسئله پنهان‌کاری همسران است که در پنهان‌کاری‌ای که امکان مطلوبیت وجود دارد، اغلب موارد در تضاد با وظیفه‌ای برخاسته از هنجار اخلاقی ‌اصل صداقت قرار می‌گیرد. با بررسی موارد تعارض پنهان‌کاری با هنجارهای اخلاقی دیگر، می‌توان به دو راه‌حل نهایی دست یافت، که راه‌حل اولیه تقدیم جانب اهم بر مهم است؛ که مهم‌ترین راه‌های شناخت آن اولویت‌بندی اصول اخلاقی، دفع افسد به فاسد، ترجیح دفع مفسده بر جلب منفعت و رتبه‌بندی مصالح است. مورد دوم جستجوی راه‌حل‌های دیگر است که در تعارض‌های حداقلی راه‌گشاست. در این تحقیق از توریه، درباره سکوت و عدم صداقت به‌عنوان روش‌های پنهان‌کاری مطلوب که می‌تواند در تعارضات پنهان‌کاری با دیگر اصول اخلاقی به کار برده شود، بحث می‌شود. روش به‌کاررفته در این تحقیق توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است و روش گردآوری داده‌ها مبتنی بر بررسی اسناد کتابخانه‌ای است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <pre data-placeholder="ترجمه" dir="ltr" id="tw-target-text" style="text-align: justify;"> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:110%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="line-height:110%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif">One of the most important problem in the issue of moral conflicts is the moral conflicts about the concealment of spouses. almost in the concealment where there is a possibility of Honesty, most of these cases are in conflict with a duty of moral norm of the principle of honesty.
