How to realize moral judgment is one of the important issues in moral philosophy, which Rawls' contractualism theory also addresses. Based on this, the present study, using a descriptive-analytical method, has stated the possibility of a moral judgment from collective agreement in Rawls's contractarianism theory and examined its validity. Some of its findings and conclusions are as follows: The possibility of realizing a moral judgment from collective agreement is fixed by considering the two bases of the interests of society and the fulfillment of the desires of individuals; However, the validity of the realization of the moral judgment in Rawls's theory of contractivism faces criticisms. Among them is that Rawls's alleged collective agreement is hypothetical and imaginary, because in the real world, it is not possible for an individual in the initial situation to free himself from all dependencies. Also, pluralism with collective agreement in moral judgments are not possible and have consequences such as: denial of moral responsibility, futility of moral judgments, moral skepticism.
