From a transhumanistic point of view, the scientific advances of the last few centuries have made modern man more advanced than his predecessors, yet he is still in the early stages of his evolution, and this process must be completed by relying on new technologies. Transhuman introduces itself as a movement that plans to complete this process. Transhuman technological idealism and the claim of accelerating the evolution and enhancement of human nature using technology, put forwards many cultural issues and challenges to this movement. The destiny and the state of ethics in the transhumanistic world is one of the most important issues. The purpose of this research, which has been done by a descriptive-analytical method, is to explain the plans and ideas of transhumanists toward the state of ethics in transhumanistic world . The results show that the transhuman theory of ethics is a purely technological view, which, while eliminating the methods of development and ethical education in its conventional sense, develops ambiguity and uncertainty in the field of human ethics in the transhumanistic world.
