This research attempts to answer the main question of what is the relationship between ethics and its two neighboring sciences, namely jurisprudence and theology, in terms of source and method, by using a descriptive-analytical method and by collecting sources through library study, while recognizing the boundary between the three categories of religious knowledge. The main question of this research is how the limits and scope of ethics in the system of religious knowledge are evaluated in terms of both the source of extraction and the method of inference. The first hypothesis is that ethics shares the source with jurisprudence and differs from theology only in the source of intuition. The second hypothesis is that ethics differs from jurisprudence and theology in terms of method and uses less scientific precision with an ijtihad approach. The aim of the research is the interaction and scientific and logical connection of these three sciences in order to apply Quranic understanding in the field of deriving religious knowledge.
