The principle of freedom of will and autonomy is a moral principle, and the implementation of this principle by the wife is in conflict with the right of submission of the husband. The main question of this research follows this dilemma. The author tries to help the realization of moral life in the family by using the analytical method and methods available in applied ethics, by overcoming this conflict. In response to this dilemma, some arguments have been put forward; for the opponents of the right of submission of the husband: an argument based on the principle of the woman's freedom of will, the obligation to protect the life of the pregnant woman, the rule of preventing possible harm, the principle of cooperation between the spouses, the principle of fairness, moral conscience, the rule of ease, the principle of autonomy, and for the supporters: an argument based on the woman's submission and obedience (An-Nisa/34), the principle of sexual fidelity (Al-Baqarah/223), the requirements of the man's strength (An-Nisa/34), the rule of support, and the principle of health and strength of the family; Therefore, the results show that it is not possible to absolutely violate or terminate a man's right to submit, and the proposed solution is to analyze the situation and detail the ruling
