Public debates are regarded as special objective case in human communicative deed. This particular deed needs a moral model to avoid damages in the way. Imam Reza`s debates, as a perfect man, have been of leading aspects and, therefore, led to profits for debater. Regarding difference of view or negative view of criticizing people about validity or invalidity of debate, this paper has viewed         moral-based debate as the most useful one to the two parties. As is inferred from Rzavi`s debates eight norms may be used for a debate to be useful for the two parties including right-seeking, justice, respect, tolerance, trustworthiness, rightfulness, impartiality and good intention.
