Metasynthesis of religion-based organizational ethics studies

Using meta-synthesis method, this research seeks to identify the categories related to "ethics in organization and management" in researches that are somehow inspired by religious. Maxqda software was used to analyze 30 sources (out of 236 identified sources). After examining 343 descriptive codes, 46 sub-categories and finally 7 main categories including the presence of religious-belief concepts in organization management, human capital management based on the results of religious teachings, psychological and moral habits and characteristics, moral monitoring and evaluation, capital development Humanity and development of skills, development of managerial competencies based on religious values, adherence to the organization's mission or ethical code were achieved. Understanding and conceptualizing ethical themes hidden in cultural capital is useful for organizations and is an applicable idea. Studies based on religion-centered thinking can help to develop critical discourse and present competing religion-centered discourses to the world.
