Khwaja Nasiruddin Tusi is among the greatest thinkers; And Naseri Ethics is the most famous treatise in practical Islamic wisdom, which is known in the Masha'i philosophical tradition. Some researchers have proposed the entrance of mysticism to the topic of human perfection in this book. This article, beyond this, seeks to answer the question of whether/why the Nasserite Ethics is a mystical ethics and how its mystical content can be introduced and explained. This problem of confirmation (versus imaginary) of the type of argument and justification (versus causation and explanation) - which is included in the category of simple hal, prooving lemma and composite hal of six logical contents - has been investigated by documentary and descriptive-analytical method. Based on the conceptual framework of mysticism and ethics and especially mystical ethics, the present article has given a positive answer to the question about the mysticism of Nasari Ethics and has introduced and explained the mystical content of the book in its principles (science of the soul), purposes (moral virtues) and some issues (morality and home management and civil politics).
